We developed FERS101 because Federal Employees wanted a place to find answers and solutions that are not provided by the Federal Government (due to budget cuts and poor training). Our system is for Federal Employees who want answers without always having to attend a workshop and talking with a Financial Advisor when trying to answer basic questions.
